Payment and Refund Policy
Term fees should be paid in full by bank transfer (no standing orders) by the start of the new term.
A late payment fee of £10 will be applied to any fees not paid by the end of the Friday of week 1. Any child whose fees are not paid by the start of week 2 will not be permitted to participate in classes. Failure to pay by the end of week 3 will result in your child’s place being forfeited and offered to another child on the waiting list.
If a class is cancelled credit will be applied towards the next term’s fees. Refunds for cancelled classes will be given, at the end of term, only where a child is not continuing classes.
Refunds will not be given for non-attendance. In exceptional circumstances of long-term absence due to sickness, injury or family circumstances, the club may, at its discretion, refund up to half the term fees paid at the end of term. Parents should inform the Head Coach as soon as possible if they think this may apply.
